1. Create a new file.
2. Set Width to 1024.
3. Set Height to 512.
4. Select Filter>Render>Fibers
5. Set Variance to 8 and Strength to 48 as shown above.
6. Click on Randomize a few times until you get a pattern with good contrast
7. Click OK
8. Select Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast
9. Set the Contrast to +5
10. Click OK
11. Select Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates
12. Set it to Polar to Rectangular.
